2. Premium Add-ons & Custom Hardware Orders
For optional paid add-on services, custom domain connections, or hardware purchases:
- Digital Services & Add-ons: You may cancel any optional paid add-on subscription within 7 days of purchase for a full 100% refund, provided the service has not been fully consumed.
- Hardware Products: POS thermal printers, barcode scanners, or cash drawers ordered via ShelfOne partners carry a 14-day replacement guarantee against manufacturing defects.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a cancellation or refund for eligible purchases, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@novaxai.in with subject line "Refund Request - [Your 6-Digit Shop Code]".
- Include your registered email address, shop name, transaction ID, and reason for refund.
- Our finance team will process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days directly to your original payment method (Bank Account / UPI / Card).
